Pizza done the D’Anna way.

My father Tony never had much interest in cooking until later in life when he discovered he could make some pretty amazing homemade pizza.
These are the real deal: as good as the stuff you get in Italy.

Last night he cranked out more than 30 pizza’s for the family and they were superb. We washed all these down with Jacqueson N734 Champagne, Paolo Saracco Moscato and San Felice Pugnitello.

The champagne and moscato was superb. The San Felice was quite disjointed and it will be interesting to see where it finishes up.
